Commercial
Baker’s experience in the commercial market is an integral part of our company. The first commercial project we completed was building the First National Bank in Hamilton, Ohio, in 1972. The invaluable instruction yielded from that flagship project translates to the ever-deepening expertise that we now apply to each project. Since then, Baker has experienced every facet of commercial construction including tilt-up, light commercial, mid-rise, high-rise, and paving for all types and sizes of commercial projects.
Baker teams have completed over 175 million square feet over the last three decades in the commercial market, with projects ranging from office and retail buildings, sports and entertainment complexes, parking garages, and distribution and warehouse facilities.
